I have begun charging flat rates for most of my tattoos. I work very quickly and efficiently and this allows me to be fairly compensated for my work.

IF ACCEPTED, BOOKING WILL PROMPT YOU FOR A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT TO BOOK. This deposit no longer goes toward the price of the tattoo. This will act as a booking fee. Note that this request form will not ask you for any payment info *Please visit my website for deposit policies*

Booking links sent to clients are essentially a contract for the design you submit on your form. If you should choose to change the idea of your design, I have the right to refuse to tattoo since it is not what we “agreed” upon. Deposit will still be non-refundable but can still be transferred to a new design if accepted. Please do not book and pay a deposit if you are not serious about the tattoo. I do not want anyone to waste their time or money.
